Your responsibilities

- Answer phone and greet visitors

- Plan and coordinate office events, retreats and travel arrangements

-Process payroll for 50+ employees bi-monthly

- Handle general accounting tasks: other ad hoc projects

- Assist Accounts Receivable with creating and processing billings on projects

- Resolve discrepancies, and create correction documents if needed, by checking all possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts

- Assist with other related duties and special projects as assigned

- File vendor invoices and disbursements and match & file A/P invoices to support accounts payable
