Crestwood Village South, l is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and the Health Services Director.

The Administrative Assistant  position will  provide administrative and secretarial support for the Executive Director and Health Services Director. In addition to preparing agendas, notes, correspondence employee tracking, coordinating the on boarding process for new hire, and scheduling, the Administrative Assistant performs duties such as coordination of schedules of all departments, scheduling and arranging details for meetings and handling set up of staff training and working on special projects. Also, the Administrative Assistant answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. The Administrative Assistant deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Education and experience requirements:
  • Three to five years’ experience in an administrative, clerical or related role
  • Education or training in organization and administrative skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma/general education degree (GED) with relevant experience.
  • Any similar combination of education and experience
