OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY (IN-OBGY-IUINA)
Serve as the central contact point and oversee all activities for the assigned division. Serve as liaison between faculty and students, point person for all faculty questions and concerns, coordinate requests and office issues. Provide administrative support to all faculty providers in the division. Assist with administrative tasks such as division staff vacation and clinic tracking; maintain faculty files including license and certification details; perform other related tasks. Manage schedule coordination for all division faculty and maintain individual faculty calendars; schedule appointments, block clinical time on Outlook calendars, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements, process reimbursements for travel and other allowable expenditures, schedule all travel for division faculty, create and provide trip itineraries. Coordinate meetings by reserving meeting rooms, determining and preparing materials needed for meetings, teaching events and other presentations.
High school diploma or GED and two years of related experience.
Good organizational skills. Computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. Excellent communication skills.
