Title: AZURE (DevOps) Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Oakland, CA or Alpharetta, GA

6 Months Contract, Mon-Fri, 40hrs/week; 10 Months+

The candidate can work from anywhere in US till the end of covid-19

We are need an expert in a hands-on Microsoft Azure Engineer either a Site Reliability Engineer or Senior DevOps Engineer.

Should have experience in an enterprise that successfully moved their IT from on-premise to the Azure cloud.

Having Azure certifications is not necessary but does add credibility.

KILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

Must haves: knowledge of microservice architectures, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App. Services, Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and Azure App. Config.

Agile

Preferred: Terraform for configuration management. Knowledge of alternative Configuration Management tooling is useful.

Able to translate requirements into designs that use Azure services to achieve a desired outcome.

Be able to pass on knowledge to the immediate DevOps team to increase the overall success of Azure adoption.
