Myers and Stauffer is seeking an energetic campus recruiting professional who can deliver a personalized candidate experience to identify high-quality University talent. You'll have the opportunity to direct the design, development, and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates from Universities across the country. Additionally, this role will help provide support to the Human Resources team.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with the Recruiting Team Lead, Business Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners on hiring needs and goals to develop, implement, and execute a custom campus hiring strategy
• Centralize, standardize, and report on firm-wide campus data, such as the campus candidate life-cycle, event schedules, application analysis, interview feedback, school rankings and competitor intelligence
• Adapt recruiting strategies and tactics to accommodate both virtual and in-person activities in response candidate, campus, local market and competitive factors
• Develop action plans to effectively build and maintain ongoing, vibrant relationships throughout the year with candidates and campuses
• Partner with other business units to achieve a positive, productive and interdependent relationship to ensure optimal go-to-market strategies, tactics and to share best practices
• Maintain internal and external job postings across multiple platforms
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process in a high-volume fast-paced setting
• Plan and execute event strategies, ensuring that Myers and Stauffer’s campus programs are coordinated to meet expectations and drive recruiting efforts on campus (e.g. networking events, interviews, club sponsorships)
• Act as a resource to interns throughout their internship including on-boarding, performance evaluation, and conversion process
• Create and implement intern engagement strategies
• Assist with planning efforts to identify and attract key talent to build intern and full-time hire pipeline
• Work as a team player with a sense of urgency, the capacity to multi-task/prioritize and ability to handle confidential information
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries regarding policies, guidelines, procedures, and programs
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist the Sr. Director of Human Resources in the implementation of various HR programs including but not limited to performance management and campus recruiting strategies, as well as other special projects as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate appropriate decision-making and respond to feedback
• Experience in full-cycle University/campus recruiting preferred
• Passion for working with and assessing University students
• Additional responsibilities as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups of people
• Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Travel required during peak on-campus seasons (25% or more of time), manages work routines that will require working outside normal business hours, i.e. program training, events
• High standards and attention to detail including an eye for formatting and aesthetics
• Strong planning and time management skills
