Summary

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Healthcare and Education projects ranging from $15m-$30m while working closely with Site Manager and overseeing activities of the Assistant Project Manager. This is a highly visible role that will develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders including owners and subcontractors.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of lead project management
• Healthcare or Education project experience a plus
• Strong understanding of scheduling and estimating software
