Description

Our client is looking to add three full time Customer Service Representatives in their Claims Department.

Overview:

  • Successfully communicate to customer and providers the status of claim which processed.
  • Educate customers on the differences between co insurance payments and deductibles.
  • Carefully determine to providers which medical procedures required pre authorizations.
  • Effectively resolve crisis with insurance claims with both the customer and the provider.
  • Successfully answer between 20 to 45 telephone calls per day.

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a health care call center environment
  • Claims, billing, EOB's (Preferred)
