Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a large mortgage company in Fishers, IN.
- Servicing assigned mortgage account relationships as their single point of contact
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls
- Work with the borrower on repayment plans, assist with loss mitigation options, how to apply, and provide status updates
- 2+ years of call center customer service experience, contact center experience a plus, previous mortgage or collections a plus
- Computer savvy
- High School Diploma
Hours: Four weeks of training: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After training, must be flexible and able to work between the hours of 1:00pm-10:00pm.
