The Customer Service Agent shall serve as a connection between our outreach initiative and its participants or prospective members. Accountable to assist customers or prospective consumers with any concerns and/or questions they might have about their purchase. This position is essential for obtaining and answering member enquiries, settlement of member grievances, client education, continuity of participation.
