Our organization has recently just expanded!! We are currently hiring here at our Indianapolis, IN location! We are filling a few positions starting next week to help with the high demand coming out of the greater Indianapolis area.
Who We are
Our company handles the benefits for over 30,000 different labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, and Groups. We are the company who handles the permanent retire benefits for the members when they leave or retire. We have been working with these unions since 1951. We are a Warren Buffet vetted company with Warren being our largest shareholder. Globe Life currently has more policy holders than ANY insurance company in the country. We are the official insurance company of FC Dallas, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers.
How we do it
Because we work with over 30,000 different groups, Unions, and Associations, there is a high demand for planning the individual benefits. We work with these members on a request only basis. Our PR team generates these requests. Then, it is our job to contact the members and personally educate them on their benefits and handle their enrollment.
What we are looking for
We aren’t looking for just anyone. Our team of highly motivated and successful leaders want to be training very dedicated and inspired individuals. We have a selective hiring process due to the extensive paid training we offer. We want to work with individuals who desire to earn what they think they are worth from the efforts they put in. Our average representative earns greater than $62,200 in their first year. We offer weekly pay, weekly bonuses, and quarterly bonus as well an annual qualified incentive trip.
