Contract is for a large project with the Account Change team, Position is moving 50,000 policies from old state to new state for sales channel changes
JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision, responsible for the timely and accurate transfer of annuity and life policies between agents and between broker dealers while adhering to state, federal and internal compliance regulations regarding this process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Process producer account change requests to transfer annuity and life policies via ACURA.2. Process annuity and life producer account change requests via direct entry into the Annuity and Life administrative systems.3. Process producer account change error reports (ACATS, BZA reports).4. Respond to simple service requests and simple service inquiries.5. Trouble shoot producer account changes made via ACURA that systematically error.6. Process and communicate daily written updates as to status of custodial account changes to Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo.7. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma and undergraduate studies in business, finance or accounting preferred. Experience: Typically 1 or more years of experience with commissions and the knowledge of source systems as well as the product admin systems. Knowledge: Requires knowledge of annuity and and life administrative systems. (PALLM, LCS, LCOM, Prefix, ALS and Cyber) as well as Client licensing systems (AIMS). licensing requirements for servicing policies; an understanding of regulatory and Client rules surrounding the transfer of variable and fixed business. Skills: Ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business software. Oral and written communication skills for contact with customers. Credit Check: N/A
