SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring that all consumers receive accurate, courteous, and professional customer service related to requests for non-emergency medical transportation services
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Type 40 wpm
• Customer service experience
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Able to work independently or with a team
• Exemplifies TOE: Tone, Ownership and Empathy
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/TRAINING
• High School graduate or equivalent
Must be able to work 8am-5pm during training and then 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm after training is complete.
Pay: $13/hr
