We are currently partnering with one of the top automotive support companies in Indianapolis and hiring 10 Customer Service Agents. This position is paying $14/hour (weekly pay) and offers benefits.

Job Description

  • Responsible for organizing and handling all client files before finalizing them and sending them off to the BMV for processing.
  • Will contact various vendors and customers involved in order to obtain all necessary paperwork.
  • Processing packages, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and lien holders, preparing packages and payments for vehicle owners, and additional office duties relating to Settlement Package Express (SPE) operations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Experience handling documents, performing QA and processing information.
  • High School Diploma or GED minimum.
