Direct Hire opportunity for experienced Restaurant Operations Director with a drive for success and ability to lead a team. This person will be instrumental in the strategic side of operations but also needs to be comfortable working on the floor and jumping in to support their team.

- Multiple fast, casual restaurants in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville and on track to open one restaurant a year
- Each restaurant has a GM/store manager
- One district manager right now but adding another – both will report into Director of Ops
- 200-220 indirect reports
- Must have Multi Unit experience
- Strong Business Acumen – handling P&L, budgeting, etc
- High energy, not “sit behind a desk”, on the floor interacting
- Experience working within a franchise and ensuring brand standards are met
- Will go through restaurant training certifications
