Embedded Software Engineer

Role + Responsibilities

  • Analyzing functional requirements
  • Define test strategies and plans
  • Create test scripts for automated regression testing
  • Work with firmware, hardware and sensor engineers to analyze anomalies
  • Ensure compliance to safety critical applications
  • Maintain test infrastructure
  • Work with cross-functional and remote teams

Qualification + Profile


  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least 3+ years of experience in embedded software and testing
  • High level experience in C++, preferably C#
  • Good understanding of embedded software systems
  • Lifecycle testing concepts and tools for embedded software development
  • Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment


  • Experience with embedded software in a RTOS environment
  • Wired and/or wireless communication protocols
  • Experience with peripheral buses I2C, UART, SPI
  • Device Integration into Configuration and/or Control Systems
