Provides case management to assist families in meeting their family goals and needs for social and other essential family support services at our Southwest and Hamilton County locations..

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university. A Master’s in Social Work, 2 or more years of social work experience and home visitation are preferred.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry,
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver’s license and at least state required minimum vehicle insurance on personal vehicle.
Must have transportation and be available for local travel on a daily basis. Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
