Robert Half Finance has a great opportunity for a skilled FP& A Analyst/Accountant to join a thriving company. This position will require the candidate to execute financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. Your other duties will include advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. In this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. How you will make an impact

- Work on monthly and quarterly financial close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team

- Survey performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

- Ensure plans are properly executed by working with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations

- Present and monitor forecasting reports

- Drive P& L forecasting and Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis

- Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required

- Enable successful Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver valuable foresight and decision support

- Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations

- Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization

- Keep tabs on monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations, ensuring that business partners handle their resources

- Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
