Description

Our client is a nationwide provider of IT Managed Services for mid to large sized companies and is looking for senior-level Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will provide end user support to our Managed Services clients. The Technician is responsible for fielding incoming support phone calls and emails, documenting issues and assessing the best plan of action to reach resolution. The technician's goal is to provide exceptional customer service and first-call resolution to client incidents and requests.
