Compensation: $15.84 to $18.34 hourly

A client of ours on the Northwest side of Indianapolis has an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst. This Help Desk Analyst should have experience with MS Windows 7-10, MS Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems. Our client is looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills and desire to grow within the industry.

What you get to do everyday
• Work closely with end-users to support and resolve Tier 1-2 tickets
• Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, video, and in-person
• Work with MS Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPNs

What you bring to the role
• 1+ years of Help Desk experience
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work with a large end-user base (1000+ end users)
• Experience with MS Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and VPNs
• Remote Access tools and Exchange knowledge is a plus
