Tier 1 and tier 2.  3 to 5+ years experience.  Windows and computer hardware, networking, remote and local troubleshooting,

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field. 
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows help desk support with 3 to 5 years' experience
  • Responsible for supporting user devices: laptops, thin clients, mobile phones, etc.
  • Will not have to interface with servers or need network experience, purely user device help desk.
  • Powershell experience is a PLUS
