Tier 1 and tier 2. 3 to 5+ years experience. Windows and computer hardware, networking, remote and local troubleshooting,
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows help desk support with 3 to 5 years' experience
- Responsible for supporting user devices: laptops, thin clients, mobile phones, etc.
- Will not have to interface with servers or need network experience, purely user device help desk.
- Powershell experience is a PLUS
