This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a HR Administrative Assistant will include:  

  • Compensation (Range): 16-18.50/ hour
  • Provide support for the current site HR team
  • Access systems to input and retrieve information
  • Maintain data spreadsheets for recordkeeping purposes
  • Assist hourly employees with transactional needs
  • Do routine filing and file maintenance
  • Support communication between internal team and external vendors
  • Have strong to high level capabilities to work in Word, Excel, PP, Outlook,

Job Requirements

As a HR Administrative Assistant you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • 3 + years experience
