Job Title: Mobile Service Engineer

The team is called Core Service integration. They are responsible for service integration; they support sales & operations and the organization fro m an engineering perspective. Essentially, they support B2B services for the business. (Ent Product and Services / Private Networking / GRE IP Sec / Tunnel solutions and support Service implementation for their customers on the virtual EPC core which is primarily affirmed for their 4GLTE service and some 3G services on their legacy core networks
This position is for the mobile service engineer. Essentially needs network engineering skillset and automation skills.
Some programming is a plus.
Someone who can troubleshoot LTE primarily Data services. So Wire Shark, Decaps, NetScout are all very helpful in troubleshooting customer issues.
The team is not Tier1-2 support but if Tier1 and 2 can't solve it, it comes to the team and they also do the implementation of new services on the network. They will be working on projects to implement Enterprise services for the customers as well.
