We are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist / Social Media Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time position on site, Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. The position offers full benefits (healthcare, dental, vision coverage options), PTO/Sick Time, and 401K.
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing pre-employment activities to ensure internal employees and external contractors are properly onboarded prior to starting a new position. The position is also responsible for social media, monthly newsletters, and overseeing communications.
- Create files and complete the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare new hire packets.
- Prepare offer letters.
- Administer pre-employment checks, tests, and drug screens.
- Track new hire forms/paperwork, provide first day instructions, new hire orientation.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Serve as primary resource for recruiters for candidate status updates.
- Prepare documentation for monthly audits.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates to deliver superior customer service and employee success.
- Update social media daily, which includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Update RepuCare website as needed.
- Create and distribute monthly newsletter.
- Other duties as assigned.
