Compensation: $80000.00 to $100000.00 yearly

Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a growing company in Indianapolis to identify a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager must have 7 + years payroll management experience, including 3+ years multi-state payroll required and will be responsible for the following:

• Lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls • Manage a team of 5 + payroll processors • Provide process and systems training to staff members • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax rules (W-2 processing, multi-state tax filings, wage calculations, garnishment administration etc.) • Lead the resolution of complex payroll issues • Optimize payroll processes and drive continuous improvement • Other duties assigned as needed
