Compensation: $70000.00 to $75000.00 yearly

Full Time Opportunity located on the northwest side of Indianapolis looking to add to their growing team. This Payroll Manager position is located on the northside of Indianapolis and provides excellent benefits and work-life balance for their employees.

1. Accumulate payroll data from various departments and calculate hours worked when needed
2. Create payroll account codes and enter in accounting system
3. Review payroll data for accuracy and approval from Controller
4. Verify entered payroll data and transmit payroll
5. Communicate with managers and resolve individual payroll issues
6. Set up newly hired employees in the accounting system
7. Review and update employee change requests
8. Terminate employees in the accounting system
9. Audit benefit provider invoices and process payment
10. Comply with federal, state, and local withholding requirements and process garnishments and other required deductions
11. Maintain time clock users and set up employees in time and attendance software
12. Provide upper management with benefits and payroll information as requested
13. Maintain employee personnel files
14. Maintain regular and satisfactory full-time attendance
15. Perform work outside of normal business hours as needed and required
