A client of ours on the north side of Indianapolis is currently seeking to fill an immediate need for a Product Support Specialist. The Product Support Specialist will support customers on the use of their technical software and help them troubleshoot issues remote by phone calls and emails. The Product Support Specialist will work on a contract to full time basis and is working remote today as well as post the pandemic.

Current shifts open:
Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, and Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm

What you do as the Product Support Specialist:

- Take up to 40 inbound calls and emails from customers and help resolve issues regarding their software or affiliated products

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues until resolved and document throughout the process in the Salesforce database

- Provide excellent customer service to the customers in a timely and professional manner
