The Program Manager’s primary role will be to support the Executive Education faculty and staff in managing The O’Neill School’s relationships with their international partners related to the international executive programming. They will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Executive Education, the IU Conference Management Services office, and the O’Neill School Financial Administration to manage the programming, contracts, and required associated budgeting. This position will need someone who is entrepreneurial, culturally competent and excited to travel and represent O’Neill Executive Education on behalf of the faculty and staff and ensure that the administrative and relationship building areas of the programming is exemplary. There will be expected goals which will be discussed during each budget season.
The Program Manager will oversee a suite of professional services for the applicants of the international executive programming and support other domestic education and training programs in Executive Education, as needed. They will be responsible for supporting faculty developing program marketing information, and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for each of the programs. This position will also be required to provide a report following each program and work with the O’Neill Office of Financial Administration, the Executive Associate Dean(s), and Director of Executive Education on allocation of funds. At this time there are two annual Latin American LEAP programs, SLEAD and further Vietnamese initiatives. The Program Manager will also ensure that through these initiatives the O’Neill brand is being represented and developed internationally.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Program Specialist(s) in Executive Education to coordinate international programs with domestic programs and ensure successful program execution.
This is a shared position between Bloomington and Indianapolis for the Executive Education program to support international executive programs.
