We are currently seeking a Regional Technical Sales Leader to expand our North American team headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.

In Joining our team, you will have the opportunity to get an active, hands-on exposure to a very much differentiated cluster of markets and applications gravitating around the mechanical industry, with specific emphasis on Lifting and Handling, Construction, Marine, Renewables, Special Machines, just to name a few.

You will be able to expand the business and put in practice your technical and sales knowledge, strengthening your reputation and professionalism in a very simple and direct way: by making things happen.

Regional Technical Sales Leader

In this role, reporting to the North America Sales Manager, the candidate will operate within a defined geographic territory (a cluster of approx 10 States) with the aim of securing the existing business while expanding the company's reach to prospects that are active in the classical and new markets and channels.

The candidate must be able to work by targets, making the best use of time and resources, and will be willing to work autonomously, showing a whatever-it-takes attitude to succeed.

Being a self-starter, self-confident and high-energy individual, the candidate is able to take initiative, possesses a strong sense of urgency, and is capable to prioritize the set of different activities and projects that are on the table.

The candidate is ambitious with a clear idea of personal limits and areas of improvement. Accountability, curiosity, and willingness to learn complete the optimal profile.
