Our Restaurant Managers provide leadership and assistance to their General Manager to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Management teams ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as continuously maintain high production, productivity, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, both the front and back of the house management experience are necessary. Our managers oversee the dining room, check-in with customers, and balance seating capacity. The back of the house management includes assisting with staff schedules, overseeing food preparation, and seeing that the team is consistently complying with all health and safety restaurant regulations.
