Duties, responsibilities & expectations:

Essential Job Functions:

RTMI Homes

a. Email RTMI list to sales staff and Brokers, answer questions regarding

b. Notify marketing for placement on website

c. Notify accounting for placement on the MLS

MLS Listings

a. Weekly reviews to make sure homes are up to date

Brokers

a. Facilitate proper placement of listings

b. Facilitate processes

c. Maintain the master database of Brokers

d. Coordinate office visits to grow relationships

Sales Meetings

a. Plan sales meetings and provide content

b. Facilitate ongoing training

c. Facilitate healthy relationships with other departments by

incorporating them into the sales meetings as appropriate

Purchase Agreements

a. Oversee development and edits to purchase agreement content

b. Create purchase agreements for new communities

c. Oversee development of supplemental documentation

d. Work with closing department/lenders to facilitate amendments

e. Work with buyers who are experiencing difficulties throughout the process,

facilitating cancellations and release letters as necessary

Marketing

a. Identify areas for additional marketing

Sales Staff

a. Work to meet the sales goal

b. Oversee day to day activities of the Team

c. Negotiate profitable and fair deals

d. Order video shops as needed

e. Oversee the use of Lasso and conversion of e-leads

f. Bi-weekly site visits

g. Provide yearly performance review

Technology

a. Manage the sales functions in HB1

b. Troubleshoot issues with IT

New Hires

a. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews

b. Provide offer letters and coordinate start dates with various departments

c. Oversee training and coordinate with other departments

d. Provide ongoing support

Referrals

a. Support the team in achieving AVID goals

b. Facilitate requests for reviews
