Insurance Sales with High Commission, Quality Leads, and Free Training 

We specialize in mortgage protection life insurance, final expense life insurance, retirement planning through universal life policies, and retirement protection through using fixed index annuities. We have relationships with multiple insurance carriers, such as Americo, Mutual of Omaha, and several others, with whom we partner to ensure we meet all our clients' needs.

Aggressive Compensation:

We offer a very aggressive compensation plan. Commission levels start at 110%, with the potential to reach 145%. You make your money based on what you sell.  At Family First Life, we believe that everybody should be paid what they are worth. You will receive fully vested renewals starting on day one (many companies require you are employed 3-5 years before you receive renewal compensation). And if for whatever reason, you decide to pursue opportunities outside of FFL, you continue to receive renewal compensation.

Flexibility & Financial Freedom:

You make your own schedule. If hired, you will be an independent contractor on the Family First Life Titans Team. You are not bound to any contracts, so if you find this business is not for you, you can leave FFL.  We believe that every full-time agent that works with us should net a minimum of $100,000 a year. This income is possible because we offer very competitive contracts and strong renewals on multiple products. We want our agents to help more families than they ever dreamed possible while also having the financial freedom to enjoy their lives with their own families.

Leads:

We do not believe in cold calling to generate sales. We work with several different vendors to generate different types of leads, including direct-mail mortgage leads, final expense leads, Medicare leads, annuity leads, and index universal life leads. A “lead” is defined as a client who contacts us for help; you will only receive leads for people who are actively looking for these products.

Training:

We hold Quarterly Sales Conferences that are hosted by FFL's Vice Presidents and Sales Managers. We currently have Quarterly Sales Conferences in over 20 cities across the country.  In addition, we offer an incredibly detailed website that includes everything you will need to know before meeting with clients. We provide weekly training calls to help everyone grow, succeed, and reach their goals.
