Job Title: Sr. Corporate Project Manager
Location: Brownsburg, IN Post Covid Overnight Travel: 50% (Including Canada)
Relocation: YES – Relo assistance as needed via sign-on bonus or Moving/Temp living package
Compensation: Salary of $110K - $135K + 10% Target Bonus
Benefits : Standard benefits like medical, dental, 401K etc.
Company Info: This is a Global food manufacturing company with sales of $2.2 Billion and 6K people. Their US division HQ are in Indiana and support 12 US plants nationwide with 2K people.
Group Info: Be part of a corporate project engineering group with 5 engineers. This role will be based at their Corporate US HQ site in Indiana and directly reports to the Director of Project Engineering at the same site
This role will support projects at their 12 US plants. This will require limited travel within driving distance during Covid times and Canada plants with up to 50% travel during post Covid times.
Note 1 : Manage multiple larger infrastructure type plant projects concurrently with budgets above $5 Mill. The projects could be a mix of production and utilities/facilities type.
Job Description:
(80%) Provide Project Engineering Functions
§ Develop the capital project budget, Scope, Layout, Benefits, ROI, timelines etc.
§ Work with cross functional teams to develop project scope, RFQ, cost, P&ID, PFD, etc.
§ Prepare equipment layout drawings, control system plans,
§ Handle the complete project cycle from start to completion
§ Interface with plant construction contractors during the project commissioning and start up.
(20%) Provide Process Improvement Functions
In addition to supporting Plant Directed Process improvements through capital planning and execution, recommends process improvements, and documents related business cases, that will improve production line OEE, Yield, 1st Pass Quality, or labor utilization.
