Main Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts
• Prepare account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, bank, and credit card reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Assist in variance analysis (compare budgeted v. actual financial figures)
• Analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports
• Maintain documentation of costing and reconciliation processes

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related experience
• At least 4 years of related experience
• Detailed oriented-this position is heavily involved in reviewing
• Mentality to drive results and mentor a team
• Intermediate in Excel-VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
• CPA is a plus!
