Robert Half Finance is searching for a Senior Accountant with previous accounting experience who is interested in working with an esteemed Telecom Services firm. Preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting are among the key responsibilities for this role. To be successful, candidates need to be highly adept at analytics and working in challenging, fast-paced environments. This Senior Accountant role is located in Carmel, Indiana. Your responsibilities in this role

- Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

- Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

- Partake in various department-wide initiatives

- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

- Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external

- Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

- Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

- Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary

- Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
